Scenario: XYZ Pty Ltd is an Australian-based renewable energy company specialising in designing and
installing solar panels for commercial and residential clients. The company has operated for ten years
and has built a strong reputation in the Australian market for providing high-quality and cost-effective
renewable energy solutions.
Intending to expand its business to new markets, XYZ Pty Ltd has identified the Dominican Republic as
a potential target market due to its high solar radiation levels and growing demand for renewable
energy.
To assess the feasibility of entering the Dominican market, the company is conducting
extensive market research to identify potential challenges and opportunities. As a result, your group
has been hired as consultants and will present a report addressing the following.

are associated with expanding to the Dominican Republic, and how will you mitigate them?
