Report Instructions
Overview
This report is designed to critically evaluate your efforts to replicate an existing study or
experiment. The report will cover what elements were successfully replicated, what was not,
and why. A personal reflection on the process is also expected. Although there is a maximum
of 3000 words (excluding Tables and References), we do not expect you to use them all—
clarity and succinctness are key.
Structure
Introduction
• Briefly describe the study or experiment you are replicating.
Methodology
• Discuss the techniques you employed to replicate the study.
• Mention any variations from the original methodology and your reasons for them.
Results
• Present the outcomes of your replication.
• Compare these to the results of the original study.
What Worked
• Highlight the elements that were successfully replicated.
• Explain why you think they worked.
What Did Not Work
• Discuss the elements that could not be replicated.
• Explore potential reasons for these discrepancies.
Analysis
• Comment on what your results suggest about the original study's reliability.
• Discuss broader implications, if any.
Personal Reflection for each member (250 words max. per member)
• Share what you have learned from this replication attempt.
• Discuss any challenges faced and how you tackled them.

Conclusion
• Recap your main findings.
• Make your final remarks on the overall replication attempt.

• Include all the references cited in your report.
Additional Guidelines
• Headings and sub-headings are encouraged for better structure.

• Proofreading for clarity and grammatical errors is highly advised before submission.
The aim is to provide a thorough yet concise account of your replication effort, contributing
