Your second assignment is an Essay and constitutes 70% of your final grade for POL6970. For this assessment, you will write a 3,500-word essay in response to one of the questions that will be provided later in the semester.

Please submit your essay electronically to Blackboard using the assessment/essay template provided by the department. Include a word count on the title page. Essays will be marked and returned with feedback within three weeks of submission.
