You work as an IT consultant for Good Health IT Consultancy company within a multi-disciplinary team.
Good Health IT Consultancy specialises in delivering IT solutions to independent General Practice (GP)
Clinics looking to grow their business. Specifically, the Good Health IT Consultancy specialises in rolling
out ‘Spiceworks’ IT solutions (https://www.spiceworks.com/). As one of its senior IT consultants, you
are known for your exceptional analytical skills, creative problem-solving and communication skills.
Therefore, the CEO of the company has asked you to prepare an executive report on how ‘Spiceworks’
IT solutions can be leveraged to provide IT solutions to GP clinics in Australia which are tightly
regulated.
The aim of the project is to propose ‘Spiceworks’ IT solutions to enhance business efficiency, improve
service delivery, and aid decision-making. However, you will need to ensure that the solution will meet
healthcare operational and regulatory requirements in Australia. Therefore, you will need to
investigate and ensure that your IT solution proposal complies with the requirements of appropriate
regulatory bodies in Australia.
The CEO is aware that you are working on other critical projects. Therefore, you have been a generous
4-week timeframe to deliver the various artefacts/deliverables for this project.
You are required to deliver an executive report, an infographic, and a video presentation. The title for
all your artefacts/deliverables must be ‘Spiceworks IT Solutions for GP Clinics’.
The following sections, elaborates the requirements for each of your artefacts/deliverables:
Task 1: Executive Report
(TOTAL MARKS: 30)
Produce an executive report which is a proposal on how ‘Spiceworks’ can be implemented to address
the IT challenges a GP clinic may encounter with business growth. Your report should include the
following information:
• Introduction, background, and objectives (3 marks)
• Investigation, analysis, and findings (should include the following): (20 marks)
o Cloud Help Desk (4 marks)
o Inventory Online (4 marks)
o Contracts (4 marks)
o Connectivity Dashboard (4 marks)
o Analysis of other similar products (4 marks)
• Conclusion and recommendations (3 marks)
• References (2 marks)
• Overall presentation of the report (2 mark)

Task 2: Infographic
(TOTAL MARKS: 20) – see marking rubric below.
• Create an infographic. The purpose of the infographic is to visually present pertinent
information contained in your executive report. In addition, your infographic should include
information on how ‘Spiceworks IT Solutions for GP Clinics’ will address healthcare operational
and regulatory compliance in Australia (i.e. Patient Privacy and Confidentiality). The
infographic should be engaging, well structured, visually accessible and will include
appropriate references.
Task 3: 3-Minute Video Presentation Recording
(TOTAL MARKS: 40) – see marking rubric below.
You are required to do a 3-Minute video recording where you are giving a coherent presentation on
‘Spiceworks IT Solutions for GP Clinics’.
• Record a 3-minute presentation using Ms Teams
• Every minute you go over, 5 Marks will be deducted.
• You will need to produce relevant slides which you will be using for the presentation.
• Your face and mouth need to be seen in the video recording.
• See Appendix below for presentation marking rubric.
Task 4: Referencing Requirements
(TOTAL MARKS: 10)
• References – use Harvard referencing style.
o If you use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT, you will need to properly
acknowledge and reference all the AI generated content included in your artefacts.
Failure to reference the AI generated content will result in academic misconduct. You
will not receive marks for what was not your contribution (e.g., if ChatGPT has
contributed 50%, and you contributed 50%, you will receive 50% for your contribution
as your overall mark).
o Use Turnitin
Task 5: Submission Instructions
• Submit on FLO.
• Upload the following files:
o Report
o Infographic
o Video recording
o Presentation slides used for video recording.
