Type: Individual Report Instructions General Assignment Details: • Learning Outcomes: This assignment addresses Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs) 1, 2, and 5. • Assessment Requirements: Detailed in Assignment 1 – Case Scenario (available on Canvas > Assignments > Assignment 1). • Submission Format: WORD or PDF file. • Late Submissions: Penalised by 10% of the total mark for each day past the due date. • Requests for Extensions: must be submitted via email to both Subject Coordinators (cc'ing both) by 11:59 PM on Thursday, 10th April. • Questions Regarding Requirements: Direct inquiries to Subject Coordinators or the Canvas Discussion Forum to ensure a standardised response for everyone. • Plagiarism: Any instances identified by Turnitin that are not properly acknowledged and cited will be handled in accordance with the University of Melbourne’s Academic Integrity Policy. • AI Declaration: If AI tools were used in any part of the analysis, must complete the AI Declaration Template.
