FINM2002 Derivatives/FINM6041 Applied Derivatives Semester 1, 2025 Progress test instructions 1 Key Information April 15th (Tuesday), 10AM to 11:30AM 90 minutes in total Wattle-based online exam Exam paper will be posted in Wattle section Assessments/Mid-term Exam Open-book and all materials are permitted (including Excel) You can hand-write or type your answers Submission through Wattle before the end of exam Worth 15% of your final grade and is redeemable No deferral exam will be arranged. Any missed exam will be automatically redeemed towards final exam This exam is to be completed individually. You are not permitted to contact or collaborate with other students or persons during the exam. You will be required to agree on a declaration at the beginning of the exam. 2 Question Format 15 Marks in total One declaration of solely own work (0 Mark). Three multiple choice questions, only one correct answer to each question (3 Marks). Two multi-step computational questions with some conceptual discussions (6 Marks). One comprehensive question (6 Marks). Background story of the comprehensive question will be posted on Wattle in advance Please round to two decimal places in intermediate steps and final answers. In particular, round percentages (such as return or rate) to 0.00%, and round dollar value to $0.00. Submit in Word or PDF. E.g. you can use Microsoft Lens to scan file into PDF. Try not to take photos directly. 3 Exam Coverage All content from Lecture, Workshop and tutorial from week 1 to 5.
