Effective project selection involves aligning the project’s goals with the needs of the business and/or stakeholders, demonstrating feasibility, and ensuring strategic value. This assessment is designed to enhance your ability to articulate your decision-making process when selecting a project. Through this assessment, you will develop and demonstrate your understanding of the following key Project Management competencies: • Understanding project selection criteria - Exploring factors such as feasibility, strategic alignment with business goals, and stakeholder impact. This task simulates real-world scenarios where students must advocate for their project. Instructions Follow the steps listed below to complete this assessment. 1. Select a Project • Select your preferred topic from the list of projects provided. 2.
