Assessment Brie: MGMT7250 ASSESSMENT TASK: 1A – Problem Analysis SCOPE OF THIS BRIEF: 1. This Brie describes what you must do to prepare your submission. 2. Read this Brie in conjunction with the Task Details as advised or this assessment task in the Class Summary. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Preparation – Identiy a signifcant and complex managerial problem or your topic. 2. Obtain topic approval, if required - I you are not using a supplied case study then approval o your topic by the teaching team is required to ensure it is appropriate. Students who do not obtain approval by email or an individual topic by the specifed time and date will be deemed to have selected a supplied case study. Anonymise the name o the organisation in your submissions; guidance on how to do this is provided on the Canvas page. 3. Describe the situation: Describe the problem and its context and background, justiy study o the problem, and identiy questions to assist the study. 4. Book your discussion session. As advised on the Canvas page, book your meeting with the marker to discuss your submission. STRUCTURE AND CONTENTS: There is no set structure, but the ollowing content is to be covered and the structure you select should meet the purpose o communicating with senior management.
