Instructions  Choose a controversial statement about climate change or renewable energy that you have found in the news or other public discourse from 2021. Hint: if you are stuck, think about global weather events.  Respond to this statement using the guidelines below (READ THE MARKING RUBRIC!).  Use at least 5 references from peer-reviewed literature or governmental reports. Wikipedia, forums, etc. are not academic references.  Do not exceed the limit of 500 words. Penalties apply for exceeding the word limit by more than 10%.  Use an appropriate referencing style such as Nature.
