While there were considerable obstacles, there was also reason to beoptimistic. A rise of first-time contributors to charitable organisations hasoccurred. Small-donor contributions were three times higher than pre-pandemiclevels (HubSpot Non-Profit Trends Report, 2021). There has been substantialgrowth and change in fundraising patterns and donor behaviours in 2021, with aclear need for organisations to adopt developing technologies as a commonthread.This project was created to start the process of developing a clear, practical, andstrategic Marketing, Communication, and Fundraising Plan for the AriseFoundation.This will form the foundation of the Arise Foundation Marketing and DigitalStrategy and will assist growth for Arise that will enable Arise to achieve itsmission and objectives for 2022 and 2023, creating sustainable economic securityfor financial abuse survivors.COMM5030 Social Entrepreneurship Practicum – Project Brief2Project deliverables The team should be able to demonstrate the understanding of:● Arise Foundations purpose, mission, vision and strategic goals for 2022and 2023● Marketing in the digital space and non-profit marketing trends● Strategies to increase revenues, donors, and partnerships.The team should provide the client with:1. Information and actions on how to utilise email campaigns and socialmedia campaigns, content strategies, partnering with other orgs andinfluencers, and testing out new technologies as a social enterprise.2. Develop a plan on how Arise Foundation can grow and scale meaningfulchange. This will also include a plan on how to acquire and retain donorsand sponsors.3. Recommend tools and CRMs that provide email marketing, social mediamanagement, automation, in-line donor forms, donor pipelines, SEOtools tailored for Arise’s purpose, mission, vision and strategic goals for2022 and 2023.4. Develop a compelling, engaging and impactful social media campaignthat will grow donors and partnerships.5.
