About Crennotech:
Crennotech is an Australian owned company founded in 2016, has been working on small
to large scale web and mobile applications for various industries. It has clients from
construction, facility, sports and health industries. Crennotech is proud to have worked on
an innovative one of its kind voice recognition compliance management system.

About Project:

45% of Strata Managers will leave the industry within 3 years because of mental health and
stress-related illness.

StrataPulse relieves the pressure and allows Strata Managers to get a good night's sleep by
simply automating all requests and streamlining notifications to managers, suppliers,
landlords, and tenants.
It will use tools such as facility orders with integrated communications to suppliers; online
owners' meetings and voting; community news and events; legislation FAQs; and a special
feature - the ability for local businesses to engage residents with special offers.

It is an exciting project to change an age-old industry and make the lives of Strata
Managers much easier.

COMP3018 Professional Experience

Technology Stack:
- Flutter hybrid app development
- Firebase backend

StrataPulse is a complete mobile application to be built using Hybrid mobile application
development. Flutter is new emerging hybrid app development technology developed by
Google. Use of flutter will benefit both myself and students for their future career. For
back-end we can use Firebase which is also by Google. Firebase is very easy to use
database and is a first choice for chatting based applications. App needs to be developed
and deployed to both iOS and Android devices. Crennotech will provide access to Apple
Store, Google PlayStore and Firebase server.
