What is this module about?
(1) Understand different dimensions of strategy, and modern
expectations of responsibility and sustainability.
(2) Learn about processes and challenges of strategy formulation
and strategic decision-making within organisations.
(3) Analyse the external and internal context within which
strategy is made, and the strategic options available.
(4) Develop skills in case and company analysis, group work and
problem solving.
