Essay topic: FTSE Russell group has produced a Green Revenue Model to quantify
green activities for different firms. The following points should be considered in your es-
say:
(a) What is a green revenue model?
(b) Make some research about different green FTSE indices and explain how can they
help different firms’ stakeholders.
(c) Critically discuss problems what can arise from green revenue models? Is there a
risk of manipulation?
(d) Explain the relevant empirical literature. Are there articles/publications that analyse
the impact of green revenues on investing? Report and discuss their results.
(e) Write recommendations for investors and policy makers based on your research.
Notes:
