Identify Leaders and Prepare Wiki
The Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu gives a definition of the "best" leader by saying "A leader is best
when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it
ourselves."
Martin Luther King goes on by saying that "Not everybody can be famous but everybody can be
great, because greatness is determined by service".
Who are the servant leaders in your field? Are there people who have done great things and
perhaps they may not be celebrities but they have made a difference through their work, through
their service.

You may wish to study your leader through reading their biography. For instance if you choose
Steve Jobs you may choose to read or listen to Walter Isaacson's "Jobs". Or you may decide to
watch a movie about your chosen leader. For example you may decide to watch the 1981 Oscar
winning movie "Gandhi".

You may already know leaders in your field through your degree as their names may pop up in the
class or through your studies/texts/articles you've come across. You can also find more about your
leaders by simply googling them up. If you're lucky you can discover them on Social Media
platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter.
It may even be possible for you to identify now a leader in your own field that you can reach and
interview. It would be good to have at least two in mind so that if one does not respond you can
reach out to the other and make sure you give yourself a lot of time . Of course, your leader may
have died in which case you will need to simply analyse their contribution. Check for primary
sources where they have been interviewed by others? Look at the way they have responded to
questions, as this may tell you a lot about them as a leader.

who enrol in the Student OLE) based on above items.
A Wiki is more of an interactive piece of writing. A wiki has text, but is more informal. It has more
subheadings, also may contain, images, videos, sound files, and can have interactive elements
such as links to other wikis and web pages.
There are a number of online tools to help you create a wiki, that you can read about here
(https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/4-sites-create-wikipedialike-website/) .
You only need to submit the link to your Wiki Page when you submit this assignment. Please
make sure it is NOT password protected, or we won't be able to view and mark it.
