Task:
As a leading and internationally recognized Management Consultant who specializes in business process
improvement, you have been chosen to lead a large consulting project reviewing the current situation of an
important client’s business.

Supervisor and feedback will be provided. Upon receiving feedback, you can improve on the contents and your
understanding further and use it in your MCP report part 2. This assessment needs to be done individually.
2. MCP report part 2 (25%) – MCP 2.
Using your supervisor’s feedback to improve, you will provide the client a report (prepared individually) that identifies
and analyses a new problem using a new theory. This is worth 25% and is due Friday Week 10 by 11.55 pm. Word
limit =1000 words. You will be required to submit this using the Turnitin link (STEP 2) available under MCP Report
part 2 in Week 10 by Friday by 11.55 pm. This assessment needs to be done individually.
3. MCP Presentation (15%) – MCP 3.
Following this, you will choose an expert team and together will ‘pitch’ to the client ONE recommendation on how to fix
ONE of the identified problems (from one of the reports). The creation of teams will occur in Week 9 tutorials. Much help
on this will be given in week 11. Presentation materials must be submitted before 8.30 am, of Week 12 via Turnitin.
You must attend both tutorials in Week 12 and provide feedback to fellow teams to help them improve their pitches for
the clients (seek advice from your tutor for current trimester requirements). The presentation will occur in Week 12
tutorials. This assessment needs to be done as a group project.
