Title:
Assessment 4: Group Presentation
Due Date: Week 11 Monday 22nd May 5pm
Length: 1500- 2000 words (2000 words max)
Weighting: 35% of final grade
Process
• Students will work in group to analyse a change management
case (Face-to-face in the workshops and via Teams/Zoom for
online students) during the workshops in weeks 7-10 (Week
11, presentation of recommendations) and in students' own
study time as a group and individually.
• This case should be read in conjunction with the Rubric and be
answered using the Case Study Methodology*.
Approach to answering the case
• Use the tools presented in the workshop sessions and the
content covered in the lectures to create a plan for Yellow Auto
to implement change and manage the problems that exist.

• The case study will be provided in class and posted onto MyUni
• There will be time allocated in workshops for groups to work on
their case.
Requirements:
PowerPoint Report
• Max 10 slides does not include first slide or
reference list slide/s
• Min 16pt font
• At least 6 academic journal article references.
• The presentation slides must be submitted prior
to the presentation.
• The slides should be written and presented for
the organisation (audience).
• Use of the templates and exercises provided in
class is encouraged.

Requirements: Presentation to Tutor
• Groups will be allocated a 15-minute slot in their normal workshop time in Week 11 to present to the tutor
only.
• Groups only need to attend for their allocated slot.
• 10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
• The presentation should cover the following:
a) Overview of diagnostic/outcome of your analysis
b) Explain/pitch evidence-based solutions/recommendations
c) Provide an understanding of what success would look like if the recommendations were implemented.
