Suppose you are required to retrieve the temperature from the Analog Devices AD5933 chip, which is a chip used to make very precise impedance measurements. The interface is I2C and the relevant portions of the datasheet for this chip are attached.

In this project you are required to design a web-based medication and diet regime management system that would be suitable for use by a qualified health practitioner in an aged-care facility. You will not be given indepth details on how the tasks are to be achieved: that is up to your ingenuity, creativity and perseverance. The medication database, as well all web pages in your application should be your own design. However, essential user information must be entered and validated, and the referential integrity of the data maintained. In addition, patient confidentiality is to be maintained via a secure login feature.

Build an integer Vector class defined in namespace CS52 that has similar behavior to std::vector. The integer Vector will have a default constructor, an overloaded constructor, a copy constructor, and overloaded operators (e.g. bracket [], assignment = and stream insertion <<). Use C++’s object oriented programming constructs like classes and resource management that relies on constructors and destructors for memory management. Refer to the interface described on page 2 of this handout for the Vector class declaration.

In this project, you will exploit a poorly designed website. This project may be done individually or in groups of two.

DNS (Domain Name System) is the Internet’s phone book; it translates hostnames to IP addresses (and vice versa). This translation is through DNS resolution, which happens behind the scene. DNS attacks manipulate this resolution process in various ways, with an intent to misdirect users to alternative destinations, which are often malicious. The objective of this lab is to understand how such attacks work. Students will first set up and configure a DNS server, and then they will try various DNS attacks on the target that is also within the lab environment.
